Carlmont High School - Spring Basketball League

In this program we aim to provide a fun, co-ed, and professional introduction to the game. Over a six week course, our highly trained and experienced staff will teach your child a new fundamental skill each week followed by a fun, non-competitive game. Weekly skill development may include teaching fundamentals such as Shooting, Layups, Passing, Defense, Ball Handling, and Footwork.

Participants who sign up individually will be placed onto teams at our first session. Friends/Classmates/Teams are encouraged to sign up together as a team of 6-10 participants. Example Schedule:
10 min of Ball Handling Development
10-15 min of Fundamental Skill Development (new skill each week)
10-15 min of Fun Competitive Practice
20-30 min of Game Time/Scrimmage!
