The annual team fee covers practices, skills training, scrimmages, coaches, fields, team equipment, and player development opportunities throughout the year.

Why Commit Early?
We learned last summer that the more time we spend with players, the better we can coach, place, and develop them.

Rather than forming teams right before tournament season, we want to keep these groups together throughout the offseason with approximately 1–2 optional practices, scrimmages, workouts, or tournament opportunities each month.

Nothing is mandatory. Participate when it fits your schedule.

Starting early allows us to:
Build chemistry and friendships
Give coaches time to really know each player
Create more development opportunities
Make better roster decisions based on months, not one tryout
Keep investing in the players building Bay United

We will enter 1-2 teams per tournament, and rosters will remain somewhat fluid throughout the season. Some players may primarily play with one team, while others may play with both depending on development, readiness, confidence, availability, and what environment is best for them.

At these ages, players change quickly. We don't believe one early evaluation should permanently define where a child belongs.

May–July Core Tournament Season: Some optional off season tournaments

Tournament Fee: $195 per player, per tournament

This covers tournament entry fees and Bay United coaching costs.

Tournament participation is flexible. Families can choose the opportunities that work best for their schedule. Uniforms will remain the same and only need to be purchased once - any desired items will be purchased separately.

Our goal isn't to build one great team for one summer. It's to develop a group of players who grow, compete, and build friendships together for years.
